BMW chip tuning by app.
Identify the vehicle yourself, verify available software and transfer approved calibrations in a controlled process. Q21 Flasher brings tuning, diagnostics and data analysis into one vehicle-specific system.
Independent software by QNTUM21. No affiliation with BMW AG and no authorisation, certification or endorsement by the vehicle manufacturer.
The vehicle is the technical foundation.
An engine code or model name is not enough. Q21 Flasher maps VIN, vehicle order, software level, control-unit hardware, access path and protection status before offering a function.
An unambiguous vehicle profile.
The app reads vehicle and control-unit data so that functions are offered only after a valid technical classification.
Understand the stock state first.
Starting software, hardware relation and available updates are checked before calibration begins.
OTS tune or custom tune.
Approved OTS tunes cover repeatable configurations. Extensively modified vehicles require an individual custom calibration.
Do more than flash.
Diagnostics, live data, logs and Dyno Mode make conditions and results visible beyond the write process.
Calibration as a complete system.
Performance, thermodynamics, fueling, boost, torque models, transmission and component protection interact. Q21 therefore does not treat software as an isolated file.
Engine and boost system
Air path, combustion, boost and fuel system are evaluated together.
Thermodynamics and protection models
Temperature models and component limits remain part of the decision.
Transmission and torque
DME or DDE and EGS need a consistent torque model.
Measurement and feedback
Logs and diagnostics provide evidence for a traceable evaluation.
A controlled workflow.
Connect
Establish the correct vehicle access.
Identify
Detect VIN, architecture and control units.
Verify
Evaluate software, protection and approval.
Calibrate
Transfer an approved software state.
Validate
Document diagnostics, data and results.
BMW chip tuning app, clearly defined.
Is Q21 Flasher a tuning box?
No. A tuning box changes sensor signals outside the original ECU software. Q21 Flasher is a software platform for vehicle-specific ECU and TCU calibration, diagnostics and data analysis.
Is every BMW model automatically supported?
No. A model series or architecture is not a feature approval. VIN, engine, control unit, hardware, software, market and protection status all matter. The approved Q21 compatibility list is binding.
What is the difference between an OTS tune and a custom tune?
OTS tunes are developed for defined, repeatable configurations. A custom tune is intended for vehicles whose hardware or target requires an individual calibration.
Can I manage the vehicle from a smartphone?
Q21 Flasher is designed as a cross-platform application for mobile and other supported systems. The exact feature scope will be published at release.
Control over your own vehicle.
Q21 Flasher is currently in pre-launch. Supported vehicles, control units, countries, functions and required hardware will be published in a binding form before release.
